Homey Pro
You can connect Smartblinds' motors to Homey in directly, without the intervention of a bridge. The only thing you need is a Homey Pro (2023) in your home, which can work as a Thread border router for your smart home. You can pair the Eve Motionblinds Matter motors directly with your Homey Pro, through the Homey App.
